FAQ
It is possible to sign a direct contract with the manufacturer and with our company on DDP terms.
Delivery time ranges from 15 to 45 days depending on the type of transport. In urgent cases, we offer air delivery with a delivery time of less than a week.
The production time depends on the complexity of the equipment. We offer minimal terms, as we select narrowly focused equipment manufacturers.
The standard warranty is one year from the date of commissioning, but not more than 18 months from the date of delivery. After the warranty period, we provide the supply of spare parts.
Payment is made in RUR, CHY, USD.
Along with the delivery of equipment, a full package of technical and operational documentation in Russian will be provided.
We proceed photo and video, check the integrity of the packaging and compliance with standards. Final personal inspection before shipment.
Our engineer and, if necessary, a manufacturer’s specialist will attend the commissioning of equipment.
